		<description>Nice looking water.  You think your winter woes are bad, the Yellowstone River&#039;s been frozen solid here for a month and a half.  We&#039;ve had a real heat wave here the last week or so that&#039;s gotten us up into the low-to-mid-thirties every day.</description>

		<description>Rough down here too, but thawed out about 4 days ago. It threw things way off, but this is the time to tie flies for spring anyway. Except for stockers, fish are too deep and slow.</description>
