‘bows, brookies, and browns… Oh my
Can’t wait to have wifi access for pics! Spent most of the day playing tourist in yosemite yesterday… But the fishing pit stops were wildly successful. It was a lot easier to find secluded (and ridiculously beautiful) places to fish. Picked up my first brookie ever… It didn’t even wait for my foam caddis to hit the water. It rocketed out of the water and grabbed the fly… Crazy. Brought a dozen plus to hand ( nice mixture of all 3 species) in no time, man I love this place.
Today… The hunt for goldens begins!

I love those brookies…
Me too… Each one looks so different. Dark backs, light backs, red bellies, dark bellies, pink spots, red spots, etc etc. They were all pretty small, but definitely enjoyed them
