I think that rod you got might be taking a howitzer to a knife fight up there anyway. One thing the handle is so long that my belly gets in the way....So far I have been able to cast my 8 further..I will get it out when I find some good instruction.. Thanks for the line BigCliff and I wish that I could say it was a good one......any body want to help me sometime let me know through the BB website.. I have been catching some fish with the rest of my old gear.....
